Our dive boat an Alwest 37, has two 4 cylinder Ford Lehman motors, rated at 80hp each, this page serves as my personal reference as information seems to be difficult to find or lost, with regards to these engines.

FUEL PUMP: (lift pump)

Located on the left hand side of the engine behind the oil filter looking at the front of the engine.

Prime lever on the side for bleeding the lines.

Two nuts hold it on to the block, the pump (as depicted in the first picture on the left) lever runs on a cam in the engine block, when you remove the pump you may have to rotate the engine in order to ease removal. Some variations exists as depicted on the second row of pictures.
